LONDON MODEL DELIVERED TO SÂNGEORZ-BĂI, ROMANIA
A second View Box home for the same client — and one of the most demanding installations we have ever carried out
The strongest proof of quality is not a review.
It is a client who comes back and orders again.
This View Box London model, finished in a warm brown, was delivered to the same property in Sângeorz-Băi, Bistrița-Năsăud, where we had previously installed a spruce-green Madeira model.
The space had already been prepared. Today the two houses stand side by side, in the middle of the forest.

A Delivery That Required a Forestry Tractor, a 130-Tonne Crane and a Lift Over the Treetops
Getting to this location was, without exaggeration, one of the hardest logistical challenges in our delivery history.
The access road climbed a very steep gradient, and the bends were far too tight for a truck-and-trailer combination.
On the steepest sections, a forestry skidder was needed to help pull the truck uphill.
In the bends, the truck simply had no room to turn. The solution was a crane that physically repositioned the rear of the trailer, corner after corner, until the whole assembly could pass.
For the final placement we used a 130-tonne crane, which arrived with a separate truck carrying its counterweights and auxiliary equipment.
The house was lifted over the tops of the spruce trees and set down roughly 25 metres from the lifting point, exactly where the client wanted it.
This is the kind of operation that takes days to plan and a single afternoon to execute.
Brown Exterior, LED Pergola and Tinted Glazing
The brown finish was chosen to complement the existing spruce-green Madeira and to let the whole ensemble settle naturally into the forest.
At the client's request, the house was delivered with a custom pergola with LED lighting, positioned above the living area.
The windows are triple-glazed and tinted — a combination that delivers thermal performance, privacy and a very clean exterior look at the same time.
In the evening, the illuminated outline of the house transforms the site completely. That is the moment when it becomes obvious why this model works so well in a forest.

Living Area: A Premium Sofa Bed and a Table for Four to Six
The living area was designed around hosting.
The bar-style table seats roughly four to six people, and storage is built directly into the furniture.
The sofa is a premium upgrade worth over €1,000. It is not an ordinary pull-out: when opened it has an integrated mattress, turning into a proper bed.
In practice, the living area becomes a second sleeping zone with no compromise in comfort.
A video projector completes the relaxation area.

A Fully Equipped Kitchen With a Built-In Miele Fridge
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and fully functional:
Two-zone induction hob
Extractor hood
Built-in Miele refrigerator
Storage designed for everyday use

Bedroom and Bathroom
The bedroom includes a bed with mattress and dedicated storage.
The bathroom offers a generous shower area, the smart toilet featured across all View Box configurations, and a washer-dryer — a detail that matters enormously in a rental unit.
Underfloor heating keeps the house comfortable year-round, including in winter at altitude.

Prefabricated Houses With Superior Insulation and a 50-Year Warranty
One of the reasons why View Box Houses modular homes have become increasingly popular across Europe is their excellent balance between quality, comfort, and energy efficiency.
Our prefabricated houses use advanced insulation systems, premium materials, and modern construction methods that often outperform many traditional buildings in terms of thermal efficiency.
Combined with a galvanized steel structure backed by a 50-year structural warranty, these modular homes are designed to provide comfort, durability, and peace of mind for decades.
Real Projects, Real Results
Like every View Box Houses project, this is not a rendering or a concept.
It is a real house, manufactured, delivered, and installed for a real client — the second View Box unit on the same property.
The photos show exactly what modern modular construction can achieve when combined with a spectacular location and a client who knows their project inside out.

Two View Box Homes, One Forest
What began with a single Madeira has grown into a small compound.
Two premium capsule houses standing a few metres apart in a spruce forest in Bistrița-Năsăud, each with its own bedroom, bathroom and living area.
For the owner, that means double the guest capacity with no conventional construction and no building site.
For us, it means the first house did its job.
View Box Houses continues to manufacture and deliver capsule houses, modular homes, and prefabricated houses throughout Europe, creating real projects that people can visit, experience, and enjoy.
