When you invest in a home, you want the certainty of being protected long-term. That's why View Box Houses provides clear warranties for both the structure and the rest of the house.

The structure of every house comes with a 50-year warranty — a level that reflects the strength and durability of our metal construction. The rest of the house (finishes, equipment, installations) carries a 2-year warranty.

For business (legal entity) clients, the warranties are halved, in line with our commercial policy for intensive use (accommodation, rental, commercial projects).

Because every house is produced in a controlled environment and checked before delivery, quality is consistent and the risk of issues is reduced. We also handle maintenance and keep a generous stock of spare parts at our warehouse in Brașov, so any intervention can be carried out quickly.
