At View Box Houses, the relationship with the client doesn't end at delivery. We handle maintenance in two ways, depending on the situation: through online guidance when the issue can be solved simply, or with an on-site team when a physical intervention is needed — depending on the house's location.

A key advantage is parts availability: we keep many spare parts in stock at our warehouse in Brașov. That means if a replacement is needed, we can react quickly, without long waits.
