The kitchenette is smartly integrated into the living area, in the main unit of the house. In our models, the living-and-kitchen unit is larger, while the bedroom area is a smaller, separate unit — a layout designed to deliver maximum comfort within the available space.

The kitchen is equipped with premium Beko appliances, and on request you can upgrade to Miele or other preferred brands. Smart space planning, large glass surfaces, and quality finishes make the cooking area feel modern and airy rather than cramped.

The layout is optimized so you have everything within reach while keeping the open, suite-like feel of a modern home. For clients who want a different setup, the kitchen can be customized.
