View Box Houses are delivered and placed directly on the final client's property. The house arrives fully assembled, is transported by truck, and positioned at the chosen spot — without the long worksite and mess of traditional construction.
Before delivery, the ground needs to be prepared so that the surface where the house will sit is perfectly flat and level. Depending on the model you order, View Box Houses provides free technical drawings showing the exact position and the distances between the house's support points, so the foundation can be built correctly.
The house can be placed on either a continuous concrete foundation or on piles (concrete footings/pads). In our view, both solutions work very well when executed correctly — piles are often faster, more economical, and just as effective. On request, View Box Houses can also handle the foundation design or coordinate this stage for a fee.
One more advantage: all utility connections (power, water, sewage) are brought to a single connection point under the technical room of the house, which makes hookup fast and simple. Our team handles delivery and placement logistics safely; all you need to prepare is access to the site and the base the house will sit on.
