What's in the Base Package? Can It Come Without Interior Equipment?

View Box Houses are designed to be turnkey, yet flexible. The base package includes, among other things, one inverter (air conditioner) in each room, quality interior finishes, the electrical and plumbing systems, and the essential fittings to live in it right away.

The standard configuration has a larger living-and-kitchen unit and a smaller, separate bedroom unit. From there, you can always add add-ons and upgrades: premium appliances, triple or privacy glazing, solar panels, and more.

If you prefer a house with fewer interior fittings or a custom configuration, we can discuss a version adapted to your needs. Our houses can be customized, so you get exactly what you need — no more, no less.
