With 28 sqm and two separate rooms, Barcelona is the most compact View Box that can accommodate up to four people — and it is the model we delivered, in white, to Craiova.

Installed by Crane

The house arrived in Craiova fully finished from the factory, transported on a trailer and protected for the journey.

Installation was carried out by crane, straight onto the position prepared in advance.

This is the standard procedure for View Box models: the ground is prepared beforehand, the house arrives complete, and lifting and setting it down takes hours rather than months.

A Separate Bedroom, Designed for Daily Use

The first room is configured as a bedroom.

It includes a bed with mattress and clothes storage — compact, but very well thought out, exactly the kind of solution that makes the difference in a 28 sqm house.

The room has floor sockets, underfloor heating and triple-glazed windows.

The house is also fitted with an inverter heating and cooling system, which means comfort both in winter and through southern Romania's summers.

A Bathroom That Makes No Compromises

The bathroom is one of the reasons the Barcelona model is so well received.

The shower area is generous, and the fittings are the ones you will find across all premium View Box configurations:

• Smart toilet with UV sanitising light, heated seat with sensor and foot-operated flush

• 60 litre hot water tank

• Illuminated, anti-fog mirror

Open-Plan Living and Kitchen

The second room combines the living area with the kitchen.

The sofa is a sofa bed, which allows extra guests and brings the total capacity of the house to four people.

The kitchen includes:
