ANTALYA MODEL DELIVERED TO HUȘI, VASLUI COUNTY

A hand-finished wood-effect exterior, a lakeshore setting, and probably the best-equipped View Box ever built

Usually, when we talk about customisation, we are talking about colour and furniture.

This delivery is something else.

The View Box Antalya that arrived in Huși, Vaslui County, is probably the most complex and best-equipped configuration we have ever produced: bespoke joinery, skylights, privacy glass, exterior services prepared in advance, and equipment chosen item by item around how the client would actually use the house.

And all of it sits on a lakeshore, under willow trees.

A Hand-Finished Exterior

The exterior is finished in a special wood tone — probably one of the most successful colours we have ever produced for a View Box home.

It is not a standard finish. Many of the details are executed by hand, which is why it represented an upgrade of roughly €2,000 over the standard options.

You see it best up close: the texture runs continuously across the surface, the corners of the house are rounded, and the ventilation grille is integrated into the finish so that it never interrupts the grain.

The result is a house that, in a natural setting, does not read as prefabricated at all.

The Lakeshore and the Terrace Under Construction

The house was installed on a concrete pad, a few metres from the water.

A glazed sliding door roughly 2 metres wide was made specifically for the living area, opening the day zone completely to the outside.

It leads straight onto the terrace currently being built: the steel structure is already in place and extends out over the water.

A pergola was planned in front of the living area, with two dedicated fixing points, and two exterior sockets were fitted at the corners of the house so that future terrace equipment has power without any later intervention.

These are exactly the kind of details that are easy to solve in the factory and very hard to solve once the house is already on site.

Living Area: Skylight, Projector and a JBL Soundbar

The living area was designed as the main space of the house.

  • Skylight, for daylight from above and open sky at night

  • Video projector

  • JBL soundbar worth over €1,000

  • Sofa bed

  • The 2-metre sliding door onto the future terrace

The combination of large glazing, a skylight and a full opening onto the terrace makes the living area work almost as a semi-outdoor space during the warm months.

A Kitchen Equipped Like a Full Home

This is not a scaled-down tiny-house kitchen.

  • Full-size refrigerator

  • Two-zone induction hob

  • Microwave oven

  • Jura espresso machine worth over €2,000

  • Dishwasher

  • Sink with a pull-out spray mixer

  • Bar-style table for roughly four to six people, with additional integrated storage

Here is one of the clearest illustrations of how we work: instead of the washing machine that normally goes in the bathroom, the client asked for a dishwasher, because that matched how the house was actually going to be used.

We did not add it alongside the standard configuration. We replaced it.

Bedroom

The bedroom has its own skylight and its own video projector.

  • Bed with premium mattress

  • Wardrobe

  • Storage

  • Skylight

  • Video projector

Triple Glazing and Privacy Glass

The whole house has triple-glazed windows, with privacy glass added on top.

Integrating privacy glass together with the roughly 2-metre glazed sliding door was the most complex and most expensive part of the configuration — two elements that are straightforward on their own, but that together require joinery made specifically for the job.

It was worth it: complete privacy in a house with very generous glazed surfaces, on an open site beside the water.

How Far View Box Customisation Can Go

This house is probably the best answer we have to the question "how much can a View Box home actually be customised?"

The answer does not stop at colour and furniture. It includes bespoke joinery, skylights, privacy glass, a pergola, exterior services prepared in advance, and premium equipment chosen around the client's lifestyle.

Every one of those decisions was made before anything was built — which is precisely why they could be carried out.

Prefabricated Houses With Superior Insulation and a 50-Year Warranty

One of the reasons why View Box Houses modular homes have become increasingly popular across Europe is their excellent balance between quality, comfort, and energy efficiency.

Our prefabricated houses use advanced insulation systems, premium materials, and modern construction methods that often outperform many traditional buildings in terms of thermal efficiency.

Combined with a galvanized steel structure backed by a 50-year structural warranty, these modular homes are designed to provide comfort, durability, and peace of mind for decades.

Real Projects, Real Results

Like every View Box Houses project, this is not a rendering or a concept.

It is a real house, manufactured, delivered, and installed for a real client in Huși, on the shore of a lake.

The photos show exactly what a capsule house looks like when it is taken all the way: a hand-finished exterior, premium equipment, and a placement designed around the water.

Probably the Best-Equipped View Box Built So Far

Some projects show what a modular home can do.

Others show how far it can be taken.

The Antalya in Huși is the second kind. It is the house we point to when someone asks whether a capsule home can genuinely replace a conventional one.

View Box Houses continues to manufacture and deliver capsule houses, modular homes, and prefabricated houses throughout Europe, creating real projects that people can visit, experience, and enjoy.
