Can I Add a Bedroom Later On?

One of the great advantages of modular houses is that they can grow with your needs. Yes, you can add a bedroom or an extra unit later by connecting a new module to the existing house. The connection is made through a linking hallway, and the new module comes with two doors that make joining simple and seamless.

In principle, you can start with one configuration (for example, living-and-kitchen + one bedroom) and add an extra unit later when you need more space. This is useful for growing families, for accommodation projects that want to increase the number of units, or for investors developing gradually.

Because we work with standardized modular units, expansion is much simpler and more predictable than extending a traditional building.

Planning to expand in the future? Tell us from the start and we'll design the configuration to be easy to expand.
