What materials are used in constructing a capsule house?

The materials used for building the Capsule Houses:

  1. Galvanized Steel Frame: The primary structural framework of the house is constructed from 2-3mm galvanized steel, providing strength and corrosion resistance.

  2. Aluminum Alloy Shell: The exterior shell of the house is made from 2,5mm aluminum alloy, offering a lightweight yet durable outer layer.

  3. Metallic Fluorocarbon Paint: The surface of the aluminum alloy shell is treated with metallic fluorocarbon paint, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and providing protection against weathering.

  4. Polyurethane Insulation: The house is insulated with sprayed and thickened polyurethane (150mm), ensuring excellent thermal performance and energy efficiency.

  5. Hollow LOW-E Tempered Glass and Laminated Tempered Glass: The glass curtain walls and windows utilize a combination of 6+19A+6 hollow LOW-E tempered glass and 6+1.52+6 laminated tempered glass, providing insulation, solar control, and safety.

  6. Aluminum Alloy for Doors and Equipment Room: The entry door, equipment room door, and the ceiling are made from aluminum alloy for durability and a modern look.

  7. Silicone Lamp Strip: The exterior features silicone lamp strips for ambient lighting.

  8. Carbon Crystal Board: The interior walls are finished with 8mm carbon crystal board, likely for its aesthetic and insulation properties.

  9. Eco-friendly SPC Floor: The flooring is made from 6mm eco-friendly SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) material, known for its durability, water resistance, and ease of maintenance.

  10. One-way Frosted Tempered Glass: The bathroom features a privacy glass door made from one-way frosted tempered glass.

  11. Custom Aluminum Alloy Ceiling and Environmentally Friendly Fiber Wall: The bedroom may have a custom aluminum alloy ceiling and an environmentally friendly fiber wall, though the document is not entirely clear on this point.
