Every detail was carefully planned, from the interior layout to the positioning of the houses and the future terrace that will connect them.

The Best Kitchen We Have Built So Far

One of the standout features of this project is the kitchen.

After continuously improving our designs and listening to customer feedback, we created what we believe is the most complete kitchen we have ever installed in a London model.

The kitchen includes:

Rather than placing them independently, they were built as mirror images of one another.

When viewed from above, both living rooms face each other directly.

This design choice was intentional.

The owner planned from the beginning to build a large terrace between the two units, creating a shared outdoor space where guests can gather and enjoy the spectacular surroundings.

The result is a layout rarely seen in traditional construction.

A Terrace Built Above the Lake

One of the most exciting elements of the project is the future terrace.

The terrace was designed to extend above the lake itself, creating an extraordinary outdoor living area between the two houses.

This is also why an additional glass door was installed in each living room.

The doors provide direct access from the interior to the future terrace, allowing guests to move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces.

When completed, the terrace will become the centerpiece of the entire project.

Morning coffee above the water, sunsets over the lake, and evenings spent with friends and family will all become part of the experience.
