Every now and then, a project comes along that completely changes the way people think about modular construction.

This project in Mamaia, Romania, is one of them. We have delivered the first 2 houses, part in a project of 50+ houses. Madeira & Amalfi start the party.

Located on the Romanian seaside, this development is not simply another modular housing project. It is part of a much larger vision: the creation of an entire floating village built using luxury capsule houses.

The project currently includes a brown Madeira model and an Amalfi model, both installed directly on specially designed floating platforms.

The left floating platform is used for sewage water storage and management.

The right floating platform is used for fresh water storage and supply.
