This is one of the craziest projects we had so far. Even though it was challenging, it was extremely fun to create a fully functional pawn shop from our Amalfi model.

We started by redesigning the balcony so the interior space will be bigger. After that, we designed the interior space with a secured room, that includes microphones and BULLET PROOF glass. On the back part of the house we have the toilet, while the front part is fully equipped with floor sockets and 3 secured jewelery display cases.

On the exterior we have also added 4 surveillance cameras, one in each corner, so we the pawn shop is in a secured environment at all time.

So we basically delivered a business ready to be used since day 1, so far away from the niche we initially started with which was Airbnb renting type of business.

What type of business challenge do we have next? I guess we shall all see together. ：）
